Our Founder

 

CareTabs was founded by Sandra Baughan, an experienced ex-nurse with a profound understanding of the adult social care sector.

Sandra’s career spans multiple pivotal roles:

  • Care Home Manager, leading teams to deliver outstanding care.

  • Specialist Nurse for Care Homes, the first of her kind in the Borough of Islington.

  • Nurse Lead for a groundbreaking project on delivering GP services to care homes.

As a quality assurance consultant, Sandra has supported care providers in achieving higher CQC ratings, bringing her expertise and passion to every challenge. Her dedication to empowering care home managers inspired the creation of CareTabs—a platform built to simplify compliance and elevate care standards.
