Support for Quality Assurance
Using the CareTabs platform turns a potential problem into an opportunity, allowing you to showcase your robust approach to Quality Assurance and good governance.

Guidance on current best practice, and correct use of audits etc, is included throughout the toolkit and every section has a User Guide to coach your team to achieve compliance.

The toolkit is constantly updated in line with current national guidance, ensuring that you can demonstrate that your understanding of good care is up to date.
Your Quality Assurance hub
The CareTabs system provides you with a private, secure space, known as your Organisation. Here you have access to the CareTabs Directory and your own Quality Assurance Directory.

Your authorised team members can be given access to your Organisation, allowing delegation and ensuring that all your evidence of compliance is readily available in the Quality Assurance Directory at all times.

The Quality Assurance Directory supports you to organise your evidence of compliance efficiently, ready for sharing quickly with inspectors and other monitoring authorities.
Master forms and templates
The CareTabs Directory gives you access to a comprehensive range of master documents, each of which is aligned to current guidance and regulations.
The Directory gives members access to, for example, audits, schedules, feedback forms, letter templates, safety checklists etc. These forms are accessible to members, ready for downloading to your own private File Directory.

References are included whenever possible to recommendations, e.g. NICE quality standards, to strengthen your team's understanding of "what good looks like" and reinforce training.
Your workspace and groups
At CareTabs we understand the importance of involving your whole team in developing a culture of openness and continual improvement. Your own private workspace allows you to set up groups within your organisation to support this .

We recognise that being a Care Home manager can leave you feeling isolated at times too. To help to overcome this, we also give you the facility to join or set up community groups where you can enjoy peer support.

We recognise the value of sharing ideas and good practice, and we are happy to support the development of Special Interest Groups too. Just let us know the subjects you would like to see featured.
CQC Single Assessment Framework
CareTabs aims to provide you with a better understanding of the documentary evidence you may be requested to provide to CQC during an inspection under the Single Assessment Framework.
Our Guidance Index provides you with recommendations on the documentary evidence you should find useful for each Quality Statement.

We are aware of the problems being experienced in the CQC organisation and we will make sure that our guidance always aligns with CQC guidance for providers.
